Welcome to the studio apartment "Meeresbrise", which is located on the mezzanine floor of the well-kept residential and holiday complex Strandresidenz Wassersleben, which is idyllically located on the beach. Eight steps take you from the building entrance to this inviting refuge. With a spacious 30sqm, partially covered terrace and a spacious double bed in a separate sleeping alcove with a window next to the living area, it is ideal for 2 people.
The modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen allows for easy self-catering. A flat-screen TV with cable connection and free Wi-Fi provide your entertainment. The apartment has a comfortable shower room with toilet.
The large terrace is equipped with a small seating and dining area as well as comfortable sun loungers and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the neighboring park, the beach and the Flensburg Fjord. The booking price includes the use of a dedicated parking space.
Access to the communal laundry room is located near the covered parking spaces on the ground floor. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available there, and there is also a storage room for bicycles you bring with you.
