Very good for a family with a baby

Tiny, but cozy and well equipped

The house was smaller than expected, but all worked great in the end. The terrace is great, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We had a little bit of a hard time not having a conventional oven, but made do with the combi oven. It was great to wake up to the song of birds and the peace of nature. We all had a great time!

The pillows need to be changed - we all had a very hard time with them

Lovely idea, needs to step it up a bit

We loved the woods, the downstairs area of the cabin and the restaurant.

the cabin was a bit dusty, we had to put the bed sheets ourselves, which was very weird, we've been to many other similar places and never saw this... also, in the pack of sheets there was one set missing so one of us had to sleep without bedsheets for the first night. There were no towels, so we had to wait for the morning and rent from reception.

It’s a well furnished chalet with everything you need in the kitchen

The smell upstairs was terrible and spoiled the whole experience. We also came for the swimming pool and noons informed us that it was closed during the time of our stay.

Amazing area and accommodation. So peasful and convenient parking space next to chalet.

The fact that there were no towels and tea towels, or you have the pay 4€ for them, and you need to collect the bed linen from reception and do yourself and remove after the stay, and also take the garbage to the reception yourself, made the stay less convenient. Also no oven and no toaster. Only a hob and a microwave. For a self service accommodation having an oven at least is very important.

Nice terrace. Nice living room. Nice location in the forest. Nice location closed to Durbuy. House well placed in the forest. Surroundings very calm.

Parents room too narrow. Dangerous staircase. Hanging lamp too low. Your head knocks always them. No BBQ as it was described. We unsterstand that BBQ is not possible in a forest. Washing machines always out of order. Swimming pool correct but not cleaned.

Ontspanning in een rustige en natuurlijke omgeving waarbij vele hotspots zeer de moeite waard zijn.

De dame bij de receptie was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, gaf direct een fijn gevoel. Verder is het huisje ingericht op comfort en uniek gelegen in een bosrijke omgeving.

In feite niks en maakt dat we zeker nog een terug komen.

We hebben ons vakante in de witte vlinder genoten, kommen graag terug, beter in de zomer dan :-)

Het vakantiehuis ligt in een simpel maar heel mooi gelegen vakantiepark met een voldoende zwembad, restaurant en speeltuin. Het huis zelf was zoals beschreven en had alles wat we nodig hadden. De Playstation voor mijn puber was naar een lange wandelig vaak de redding. Pluspunt ook voor de douche, heel fijn en warm. De contact met de eigenaar was goed en ze was altijd behulpzaam als wij een vraag hadden.

Ook de ontvangst is heel eenvoudig en over excursies werden wij alleen verwezen naar een map met wandelkaarten. Omdat we hier in de winter waren, was verwarming essentieel. De ketel in het huis draaide dag en nacht, maar maakte veel lawaai en daardoor hadden we grote slaapproblemen. Ook is de warmteverdeling niet zo goed, zijn de slaapkamers zelfs 's nachts behoorlijk warm en is het woongedeelte altijd wat frisser. De vloer is altijd behoorlijk koud, wij raden dikke sokken of pantoffels aan. Er is een slimme oven in huis die ik niet begreep, er is geen broodrooster of iets dergelijks. We hadden ook keukenhanddoeken, olie om te koken etc. meegenomen.

Mooi, gezellig en net huisje - ideaal voor een weekendje Durbuy

Huisje zoals op de foto’s, heel netjes, parking voor de deur, gezellige kerstsfeer

Wifi niet stabiel/krachtig genoeg, lukte hierdoor vaak niet om te streamen naar de TV. Het inchecken verliep heel chaotisch (op vrijdag rond 15u): na het aanschuiven bleek de schoonmaak niet klaar te zijn. Uiteindelijk pas 1,5u later de sleutel ontvangen. Het personeel bood wel een voucher aan ter compensatie in de brasserie van het park maar het was toch een beetje een bummer.
