Chalet Durbuy 123

Deuxième séjour dans ce domaine. Le chalet 123 est bien situé très propre et très bien équipé bravo au propriétaire. Concernant l'équipement mis à notre disposition tout comme l'année dernière nous avons subi un problème L'année dernière les barbecues étaient en travaux et donc nous n'avons pas pu les utiliser et cette année c'est la piscine qui est hors-service nous sommes très surpris que des techniciens ne soient pas mis à disposition avec un service de dépannage. La gestion du domaine n'est pas au top par contre le propriétaire du chalet est aux petits soins est très consciencieuse.

Installation de la piscine en panne pas de technicien disponible nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'espace piscine et donc nous avons été lésés par rapport au prix que nous payons avec un accès piscine.

We really liked the location and the concept of the chalets. However, there were several things that could be improved. The space inside the chalet felt a little congested, especially around the children’s bed. The wall and bed were very close together, so the children frequently bumped their heads. Some basic items, such as toilet tissue and a few other essentials, were not available before check-in and had to be requested. Near the swimming pool, there was an automated machine for purchasing swimming suits, but unfortunately, it was not working. We repeatedly asked the staff for help, but they simply told us to contact the machine’s customer care. I was disappointed that the staff did not try to assist us, and eventually, we were unable to purchase anything. Another issue was carrying the bedsheets and pillow covers from reception to the chalet after check-in. They were quite heavy, and it was difficult to carry them, especially with children and luggage. It would be very helpful if the resort could provide battery-operated vehicles or some assistance for transporting these items to the chalets. The chalet was also very hot at night, and there was no fan or other cooling option available. Outside the chalet, there were many spider webs that did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The children’s toys were another disappointment. Many of the toys were incomplete, with pieces missing from the blocks, LEGO sets, and other toys, so the children could not really play with them properly. Overall, it was an okay experience, and we liked the location and the chalet concept, but considering these issues, the stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, staff assistance, and basic facilities. Even internet WiFi connection is poor and with a single thunder the WiFi connection went away for the entire night and next day.
