Wonderful chain of hotels. This one was no different. Great location with plenty of food options nearby and a short ride to any location within the city. Metro, tram and bus are all literally a stone’s throw away.
Hotel staff were lovely and go the extra mile.

We enjoyed our stay in room 109, which was newly renovated with a beautiful decor, smart TV, and comfortable bathroom and new bath towels. We wish we had more control over the room temperature and that the window shades worked better keeping out the light from the inside patio. Despite that, our stay was excellent. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The hotel is a block away from the metro and several bus lines. You can also walk to the cathedral in 10 minutes

Very disappointing room allocation. We booked a double room for two people and specifically requested a double bed, but were given two single beds pushed together, with two separate single duvets. This is not what I would consider a proper double bed.
What made it more frustrating was that our friend, who was travelling with us but booked separately through a different booking platform, also requested a room with a double bed. Despite staying alone, our friend was given a proper double bed, while the two of us were given two single beds pushed together.
We did not raise the issue during the stay, but the difference only became more disappointing when we compared the rooms. If a room is booked as a double room with a double bed, I would expect an actual double bed rather than a twin-bed setup pushed together, especially when proper double beds were clearly available in the hotel.
And i have a skin allergy reaction to the bedding.
