Very well located. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. The property inside was spacious, very clean with nice decor. Bathroom not big but ok , It has all I need for a short stay. Comfortable bed. The location is wonderful, nice and quiet neighborhood.

My husband and I liked everything. We recommend it and will stay there again.

The location. Our condo on the Intracoastal had a water leak and we needed a place nearby to stay for a couple of days. we drove by the property prior to hitting book it in case we didn’t feel comfortable (safe) at 9pm at night.

A lot of noise of other guests two of the 3 nights we were there. We checked out on morning after and did not stay the 3rd paid night because there were issues. Without getting to critical here is a list of recommendations that we feel the owner should consider- this is not a list of the complaints we had, these are suggestions. IMO- of rental on singer island There are some relatively simple, easy, or inexpensive items to make their apartment better and improve your score. Items to do before renting again: 1. Have it professionally cleaned. It looks as if someone cleaned it for a few dollars as a side income. 2. Remotes for both TVs available. 3. Good pest control needed. Too many cockroaches. 4. Water pressure is low throughout but there is almost zero/no water from bathroom sink. 5. The bed has less support than a blowup mattress. It is almost like a fold up frame. It is a queen but my husband felt he was going to fall out of it. Items to do at little or no costs: 1. Have 4 matching plates, 4 matching drinking water cups, 4 plastic cups 2. Have paper towels, toilet paper, and spray cleaning product. 3. Have a coffee station with filters, coffee, cream, sugars available. You did have some of that (no filters) on the counter. 4. Shelving in bathroom. You cannot wash your face, leave makeup out, and have room for your toothbrush and toothpaste. One shelf behind toilet would accomplish this. A wooden towel rack/shelves around toilet would be ideal then you would have a place for your clean towels. 5. The sampling of soaps was not. It was 3 shampoos- (no conditioner or bath gel, and some package hand soap. Nice touch but could have been a selection like at a hotel. 6. And to have a hair dryer for same reason.
