Ottima struttura, camere accoglienti e pulite, bagno confortevole. Ideale per famiglie e coppie. Zona residenziale pertanto, nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi necessari, dai market alle pizzerie e ristoranti. La metro a 6 minuti circa.
É un quartiere abbastanza distante dal centro. Tuttavia la comodità della linea C della Metro e i bus che passano in tanti, rendono i collegamenti molto accessibili.

Las zonas comunes del edificio, están muy descuidados de mantenimiento y limpieza. Pero eso no es culpa de Romarina, me imagino que es cosa de la comunidad.

- great host - Flavio - and a lot of useful information and options
- 2 separate rooms with proper beds - which is rare for Italy where most have a bed and a couch
- really clean and useful design
- quiet neighbourhood and close to metro / restaurants / shops
- a bit high humidity since it's a semi-basement

El apartamento es amplio, está limpio y bastante bien equipado.
Dos cosas importantes: por un lado, está MUY retirado del centro. Hay metro a 5 minutos andando pero no te lleva directamente al centro de la ciudad por lo que tienes que hacer trasbordo. Y en segundo lugar, pedimos poder guardar las maletas el último día (ya que el check out es a las 10am y nuestro vuelo salía por la noche) y nos pedían 50 euros. NUNCA nos han pedido dinero por guardar las maletas unas horas.
