Casa molto moderna il clima e i termosifoni rendono la casa molto calda, spaziosa e ben tenuta
Poco mobilio per poter posare le varie borse(consiglio un mobile da mettere sotto il televisore)

renovado,todo el mobiliario e instalaciones nuevas y muy bien equipado de menaje, toallas, etc., perfecto para 3, creo máximo 4 (cama en habitación aparte y sillón cama en el salón-comerdor-cocina. Amabilidad de los dueños. Facilidad para desplazarse a San Remo y alrededores (en coche bien comunicado; resto no puedo opinar)
entrada tardía al apartamento (como casi todos ahora , no exclusivo de este apartamento, la entrada es demasiado tarde y la salida temprana); además la entrega de llaves se retrasó un poco también, no mucho

L’appartement est proche de tout, de la mer des restaurants et des supermarchés. Très fonctionnel moderne et bien insonorisé. L’hôte nous a gentiment aider à trouver une place de parking. À un prix très compétitif sachant l’état des hôtels dans ce secteur qui sont vraiment pas top.
Le sol de l’appartement n’était pas bien fait. Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas la wifi nous oblige à faire un partage de connexion sur la télé sinon c’est que des chaînes italiennes. Appartement très chaud une fois qu’on ferme la fenêtre (obligé car il y a des travaux)
