la casa è carina e comodissima per la spiaggia pubblica e attrezzata proprio sotto casa. comodo se volete raggiungere Sanremo in bicicletta.
il terrazzo NON è ad uso esclusivo, ma è zona di passaggio e di ingresso per 3 appartamenti. qiundi poca privacy. la struttura è in centrissimo al paese, tutta la vita si svolge esattamente sotto casa: ogni sera ci sono eventi, concerti, animazioni...poco adatto se cercate calma e tranquilità e se pensate di cenare sul terrazzo guardando il mare. sicuramente POCO ADATTO PER GLI ANIMALI DOMESTICI. il proprietario è cortese, ma non molto comunicativo. poco reattivo nelle risposte e per niente preciso nelle indicazioni/informazioni. letti scomodi. pulizia scarsa... a parte lenzuola e asciugamani in casa non c'è vermente nulla. nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua di benvenuto se arrivate di sera...
