All we were looking for

The property and facilities were new. We loved the wooden beams in the house and that you had the opportunity to cook. It also was close by a food shop (Netto), with great bread & bread rolls. The property is also close by the forest, where you can have a lovely morning or afternoon walk.

There was birthing to complain about. We liked the accommodation very much.

Appartement deux chambres et deux salles de bain très spacieux et calme

L'appartement que nous avons loué était spacieux, lumineux et très calme. Les deux salles de bain sont appréciables pour un séjour à plusieurs. Le petit balcon permet de prendre l'air. Le contact avec les propriétaire très simple et sympathique. Il y a deux supermarchés à proximité, on peut y aller à pied sans problème. La présence de deux machines à laver communes avec un sèche linge sont un plus en cas de séjour prolongé.

Insgesamt sehr angenehm

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung (App. 4) sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt jedoch kleinere Punkte, die zu leichten Abstrichen führen. Ich fange an mit den positiven Punkten: die FeWo ist sehr gut erreichbar, Parkpätze sind genügend vor dem Haus vorhanden, die Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unkompliziert und lief sehr gut über einen Schlüsseltresor. Das Haus (mit mehreren FeWo's) ist ein gut gepflegtes modernes Haus, alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Wohnung ist sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Wände waren schön gestrichen, das Bad ist tip-top, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alle Geräte waren entweder neu oder sehr wenig gebraucht, die Fenster sind von sehr guter Qualität und elektrische Rollos sind vorhanden. Die Möbel sind alle in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm. Aber was dann doch seltsam ist, und irgendwie nicht ins Gesamtbild passt ist, dass bei anderen Punkten offenbar stark gespart wurde. Während das Haus und die Wohnung insgesamt sehr gepflegt und solide sind, ist die Fussleiste eine seltsame billig aussehende Folienfussleiste (wahrscheinlich von Poco), die auch nicht besonders gut angeklebt wurde, so dass sich da ein eher billiger Eindruck ergibt. Ein anderer Punkt ist die Küche: obwohl alle Geräte neuwertig oder neu waren, wurde andererseits an der falschen Stelle gespart: die Töpfe waren von Poco (stand drauf). Wir haben noch nie solche Töpfe gesehen. Wenn man sie anfasst, hat man erst den Eindruck dass sie aus Plastik bestehen. Offenbar wurde so sehr bei der Wandstärke gespart, dass man erst dreimal schauen muss, ob diese wirklich aus Stahl bestehen. Tun sie. Ein drittes Beispiel: das Bad sieht tip-top aus, jedoch ragt über dem Wandspiegel noch ein blosses Kabel heraus. Es sind aber im Gesamten doch Kleinigkeiten, nur halt doch hier und da ärgerlich und unverständlich, weil die Wohnung sonst sehr gut gepflegt ist.

Eigentlich hätte ich alles oben in das Feld hinein geschrieben, jedoch gibt es offenbar eine Zeichenbegrenzung, deshalb hier weiter: Es gibt jedoch einen weiteren Punkt: in den letzten 1-2 Jahren haben wir die Preise der Ferienwohnungen doch mit Wohlwollen akzeptiert, weil gerade die Vermieter von Ferienwohnungen und die Hotelbetriebe stark unter den Lock-downs gelitten haben. Nun ist die Situation aber seit einiger Zeit anders und von daher hier ein Kritikpunkt. Dieser gilt aber insgesamt an alle Vermieter von Ferienwohnungen: Die Inflation mag zwar in den vergangenen 2-5 Jahren groß gewesen sein, jedoch keineswegs so(!) groß, wie es im Hotel- und FeWo-Betrieb umgesetzt wird. In diesem Sinne ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, insgesamt, aber auch für diese Wohnung nicht gerechtfertigt. Eine FeWo mitten im Gewerbegebiet in einem Dorf, das auch nicht sonderlich attraktiv und einladend wirkt, wobei die Wohnung insgesamt sehr sachlich, funktionell aber keinewegs gehoben eingerichtet ist, dafür ist der Preis pro Nacht zu hoch. Es ist einfach nicht fair, Preise zu erhöhen, einfach weil man es kann und die Leute nichts dagegen tun können.
