The accommodation is simple, centrally located, nice, and clean. It is on a street lined with cafés and restaurants, and there is a delicatessen shop right next to the entrance, which is super convenient. The bus station is just across the street.
A couple of things to keep in mind: the fridge occasionally makes a noise like a heavy armoured vehicle, and the walls are quite thin, which can be a bit inconvenient.
However, it offers excellent value for money. Recommendatons!

Great location in centre, 15 mins walk from railway station. Comfortable room
I was there on October, in summer proobably the place (under the roof) can get quite hot

The location was great, with good services and easy access in all directions. Despite the busy party street there was no noise whatsoever. The top floor apartment was spacious for one, clean and there was an unusual amount of closet space. I didn't need heating, but cooling and ventilation worked well without being noisy. The host office also responded promptly to email queries. I would be happy to return, if the need arises.
The instructions for garbage sorting and location didn't help much, as the garbage shelter was locked whenever I checked. The apartment had basic dishes and a sponge + rag, but no dishwashing detergent (no complaints, my stay was short and I agreed to leave my few used utensils and a glass for the personnel to clean).

Good location near a bus stop, but a bus is needed from nearby train stations. Room has a fridge and air conditioner not pointing directly at the bed.
TV is not aligned with the bed, so if you want to look at it while laying on bed, you'll have to turn your head at an angle. Room service was not provided for a two night stay.
