The location is perfect - on a busy street, close to the most active part of the city. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Ideal for a walking tour of the city. The cleanliness and hospitality is at an excellent level.

Superb location! Great communication with the host. Clean, has everything you need (AC, fridge, cups, cutlery…)
Minor things:
You are not able to fully open the window for a quick air refresh.
(This is subjective) The mattress was a bit hard for my taste.

Extremely well laid out with lots of storage space and in a very good central location within walking distance of most places.

Good location near a bus stop, but a bus is needed from nearby train stations. Room has a fridge and air conditioner not pointing directly at the bed.
TV is not aligned with the bed, so if you want to look at it while laying on bed, you'll have to turn your head at an angle. Room service was not provided for a two night stay.
