The location is perfect, right on Nowy Swiat street, where all the bars, restaurants, and cafes. The room itself is not big, but it’s well equipped with everything you need. The shower and toilet was very clean, and you also have a laundry machine of you need. That’s not a fancy apartment, but if you are a solo travel, it will fill all your need,s and the price is valuable compared to other apartments in this location. Soby is a great host, easy to communicate with,helped me with everything I needed, and he also gave me some recommendations about the city.

Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum Warszawy, w Śródmieściu. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny, kontakt bezproblemowy. Mieszkanie czyste, ciepłe i mimo niewielkiego rozmiaru bardzo komfortowe. Łazienka zadbana i funkcjonalna, a wyposażenie w pełni wystarczające na kilkudniowy pobyt. W okolicy znajduje się bardzo dużo lokali gastronomicznych oraz sklepy, co jest dużym plusem. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce.

This apartment was for us a life-saver, as we had had a particularly bad experience with another accommodation that day. A super friendly host met us in the evening and handed us the keys to a very clean and comfortable apartment in the center of a very lively Nowy Swiat street. The apartment is perfect for a short-time stay in Warsaw, it is clean and warm. We were very pleasantly surprised with the sound isolation of the windows. The street is very noisy at night, but closing the windows removes at least 80% of the noise, so sleeping was no problem. The street itself has a lot of cafes and restaurants, so you will hardly have to cook inside (although the apartment is equipped with a simple cooking panel and a fridge)

Although the apartment would benefit from a kitchen sink, washing dishes in the bathroom sink was not a problem at all, since we mostly ate outside or ordered takeaway food.

Appartamentino in posizione centrale, pulito e ben fornito di tutto quello che occorre. Mettendo piede fuori si ha l’imbarazzo della scelta tra bar e ristoranti. Vicinissimo un comodo minimarket. Host amichevole e disponibile.
