Location top
Air co doesn’t work good as well as hair dryer. And also, it’s strange not to provide even a soap and shower gel. That’s really weird.

The room is in a very central area of beautiful Naples, close to the Municipio metro station and within easy walking distance of the historic centre. Massimiliano who manages the place is efficient and quick to respond, and he resolves any issues promptly.
I would also list the location as a downside, because the room is on a very busy and noisy street even at night. For me, this really affected my stay. The bed is not very comfortable (probably a bit old); I would definitely invest in a better mattress.
