The bedroom had mold. Two people had two sleep in the living room sofas.

Lots of potential, but not worth it from our experience.

The bedrooms, lounge and kitchen are nice and modern. Close to the water

This apartment has a lot of potential, however unfortunately the amenities made our stay much less comfortable than we expected, and was probably the worst-prepared apartment I’ve ever stayed in. To start, the bathroom needs renovating, and there’s some signs of wear in the main bedroom walls, almost looking like water damage. The main issue though was the lack of what wasn’t provided by the management company: - The Wi-Fi initially didn’t work at all, and then when it did come on, all it could be used for was sending WhatsApp messages. - Only one air conditioning unit works, however it can’t be controlled as the remote doesn’t work. - No handsoap was provided. - No dishwashing detergent was provided. - No shampoo/shower gel was provided. - No tea towels was provided. - No butter knives were provided. - The outdoors chairs felt like the would collapse at any moment. - The kettle and toaster did not work at all - The freezer was barely any colder than the fridge - Parking is not provided nearby as one of the responses to a question states; it can be tough to find any parking within a 5-10 minute walk of the apartment. If the above was provided (except parking), it’d be an 8 or 9; however these thing significantly tainted our experience.

The apartment was surprisingly big compared to others in the area. The location in Lungomare was perfect, close to everything. The host was kind and always ready to help with anything.

The space.

Could have been more glasses etc in the kitchen. The check-in was very bad. The staff tried to scam us with the currency (EUR-LEK). The multiplied with 1,4 instead of 1.04… and we had to argue a lot to make them let go of the scam. The apartment is above a very busy traffic crossing, and the Albanians love the horn in the car…

Gute Lage

Badezimmer, auslaufendes Klo, Dusche ohne Vorhang, übler Geruch. Schimmel im Schlafzimmer, harte Matratzen, Dreck unter dem Bett Defekte Eingangstür Zweimal bezahlt, angeblich wäre das Geld beim 1 mal nicht angekommen.

La struttura presentava numerose criticità: • Il bagno era molto piccolo e si allagava ogni volta che qualcuno faceva la doccia. • Il bidet non era stabile. • Il bagno risultava sporco. • Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano macchiati di sangue. • La maniglia della porta d’ingresso era rotta. • Era disponibile un solo rotolo di carta igienica già iniziato per sei persone. • Il Wi-Fi non ha funzionato per l’intera durata del soggiorno. • Uno dei telecomandi del condizionatore non funzionava. • In salotto c’era un odore molto forte, probabilmente dovuto ai filtri del climatizzatore da sostituire. • Il divano non era un divano letto, contrariamente a quanto indicato nell’annuncio, quindi non adatto ad accogliere sei persone. • Le sedie esterne erano instabili e pericolanti. • Prodotti da bagno assenti Non dimentichiamo la muffa sul muro che non è molto salutare
