The location is perfect- very convenient, and the capsule was very comfortable.
The only thing I didn't like is there are no staff at all in attendance. This became a minor issue when I accidentally lıcked myself out of my capsule and had to wait for a fellow guest to turn up and help me. If he hadn't been able to do the old credit card lock-picking trick, I might have had a very difficult and frustrating time as absolutely everything I had, my Phone, my medication, was in my capsule and I was trapped outside, desperate.

I was clean and you get the privacy you need big space inside the capsule just a lil bit farther walk if you came from main train station. 10-15mins walk. But from the property its walkable to some of the tourist spot which i love.

The pod was cool and had a good tv with streaming services and headphones to not disturb others it had a sliding door which would lock from the outside which made us feel comfortable to leave things in our pods. The lockers were large which was ideal for us because we had big backpacks and did not want to store them inside of our pods while sleeping. There were lots of sinks and seperate mens and women’s bathrooms. It was a great location only a short walk from the main attractions in Vienna .
There was only one plug socket per pod and it can be very loud at times, but ear plugs were available.

Everything was clean and check in was super easy
The pillows were extremely cheap and uncomfortable which resulted in me being unable to sleep which was unfortunate as everything else was ok.
