    Great location . close to all modes of transport and center The room is good and had a good view . The beds were comfy. On the day of arrival the staff were really friendly but on next days some of the staff were really dismissive and not friendly , the matter was raised with the front desk manager and sorted The roomy does not have all the toilet accessory and you need to let know to bring it for you , how ever it took me more than 2calls for them to bring it after 2 days The breakfast is good and you need to let them know if you need omelets or special eggs ( I was not aware till the last day) The breakfast starts at 7 am which was not a great option for me on some days as I needed to leave the hotel by & : 15 to catch the transport to attend a conference ( Most of Hilton Hotels in Europe, breakfast start on 6:30 am) I think is over priced for the service offered and it could be a great experience for me shall the staff communicated and responded in a better way

    We expected an early arrival to the hotel around 7-8am so booked the room from the night before to guarantee a room is available upon arrival, as is standard practice worldwide. However upon arrival was told the room was not available, and that the booking was cancelled, as we were deemed "no-show", and no room would be provided and since it was a prepaid rate, no refund would be provided either. We were denied check-in, and staff would not budge. Only after complaining via both Hilton Honors hotline as well as Agoda Customer Service, the staff suddenly changed their tune and claimed "there was a misunderstanding" and provided the room immediately.
