It was close to the football stadium

Lift was broke which I understand is something that can't be helped but don't promise that it will be fixed in a few hours when it wasn't. Not easy with young children. The apartment wasn't clean, the cutlery & plates were dirty. The blinds were broke in the bedroom, mattresses pushed together for the beds very uncomfortable, the sofa may aswell be dumped, dirty on walls. Place needs alot of improvements. Communication wasn't great with agent, found it very hard to pay the security deposit. Overall very unhappy and will not stay here again.

Great location - needs a refresher

The location was great especially if you planning to catch a game at old trafford

It is a bit small, I guess expected for UK standards. It is not a two bathroom apartment. Furniture in the lounge is awful. Old and dirty. Needs upgrading. Crockery and cutlery was dirty even though one of the rules when checking out is to wash all used dishes.

I really enjoyed my stay

The view was great, the facilities were also very good. So close to the shops. Travel into Manchester was also very good as there were bus stops and the metro was within a 5 minute walk. I ran in the Marathon and it was so close to the start and to the finish lines. My husband and son in law loved the large TV as they were able to watch the football all afternoon on the Sunday. Loved the shower.

I would have expected the flat to be a bit cleaner. The Kitchen was fine and so was the bathroom but the carpets did not really look as if they had been vacuumed in a while. Also the bin in the kitchen is broken so we ended up using a bin bag in the corner instead. The bin in the bathroom also looks a bit out of place as the rest of the room is so lovely.

I liked the property very much, the location served the purpose of our visit perfectly. It was comfy and we had all amenities we wanted for a comfortable stay. Thank you very much for hosting us.

The property was nice, the window in the lounge would not open and the paint was chipping from the ceiling.

Very disappointed

The location was great for Old Trafford Football ground and the trans to get around.

It was definitely not stunning. One patio door did not shut and it let in a constant draft, another was completely taped up all around it and on the door handle so we couldn’t open it. There were no covers for the pillows or duvet to use on the sofa bed. There was big a crack in one of the patio doors where there was a party the previous week. You had to stand on a chair to open and close some blinds as the openers had been broken off. There were big cracks and paint peeling off around the door in one bedroom.The whole property needs major TLC as it looks very run down. We asked for parking which was arranged but when we messaged when we were 12 miles to ask where this would be, we were told it wasn’t available!

Only positive I can really take out of it is that the location of the complex is really good if you are going to a match or want to go city centre but there are definitely far more better places to go for the money your paying

Probably the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had staying somewhere . Firstly, as aesthetic as the apartment looks it’s a complete cowboy job. Half the shelves on the wall aren’t on properly and pictures kept falling down. There was multiple stains on kitchen chairs on the sofa in the living room. The beds are singles pushed together and the bed sheets weee extremely poor too for the price your paying. Was back and forth with the landlord regarding paying a security deposit at the start as they couldn’t take it straight out of my account and the links would never work. We also requested late check out weeks before which was agreed via text, yet 24 hours before we were told this was no longer available and kept hearing different things from the landlord.

We really like this apartment. It was conveniently located near the tram station and a super tesco. The hosts were friendly upon arrival and the apartment was very clean.

My only concern was that there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper and one looked like it had been dropped in the toilet by mistake and left to dry and then placed back for use. looked gross.

check in was confusing and we ended up having to wait for an hour outside of the property to receive the keys. also didn’t realise the bedrooms were upstairs, and that there was a £200 deposit required on top of the accommodation price

The property is amazing. The location is close to the stadium and to the tram station and is also a couple of minutes away from the city centre by tram. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people. The whole building is very quit and it was an overall nice stay.

The hosting management for this apartment need to work on communication with their clients as it was impossible to reach them unless I didn’t call them directly and the overall apartment is a bit pricey.

El alojamiento era precioso, moderno, limpio, cómodo, tenía todo lo necesario con unas vistas geniales ya que se situaba en una planta bastante alta. Calentito y acogedor.

No hubo nada que no me gustara, es verdad que no tenía la mejor ubicación para visitar el centro de la ciudad pero nosotros íbamos a un concierto y estaba muy cerca del lugar por lo que nos venía genial esa ubicación. En horario diurno tiene buena conexión pero a cierta hora el transporte público te deja un poco lejos y las calles están bastante solitarias.
