Everything about the property was as outlined on the website. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 nights stay. The bonus for us was the apartment is less than 5 minutes walk to the Old Trafford cricket ground and very close to the tram station. The host had sent clear instruction regarding check-in process and having a car parking space was a real bonus. We were able to walk to near by restaurants and enjoyed a variety of different cuisines.
We found the bed to be on a smaller side for 2 and as we are used to a firm mattress at home, we found this to be soft. While this is a personal preference, it didn't deter our stay in anyway.

Great location. Easy access private parking. Secure and private apartment. Had everything we needed for a few days stay as a couple. Shower was great. HowTo videos on check-in and kitchen appliances were useful, thank you. Supermarket close by. Easy access to Trams. Kindly provided some essentials such as dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, shower toiletries.
A little noise from road and neighbouring apartments but to be expected with a city stay. Nitpicking: Would have liked a bigger chopping board and a bin/recycling bin with a lid as it’s an open-plan flat. Windowsills and floors were a bit dirty, but laundry and towels all lovely and fresh and clean. Although this didn’t affect my stay I just think it lets it down a bit.

Ultimately, the location of this property for attending matches at Old Trafford or Lancashire Cricket is unbeatable. The building is easy to find and access and is well maintained. The hosts are very caring with regular check-in messages and full availability for any questions or problems. Upon check-in you are provided with many guides including videos for various things at the apartment. A lot of attention has gone in to ensure everything is simple for the guests who stay here.
The sofa bed is honestly a disaster as it is impossible to lie on comfortably. However, I did call the hosts and they went out of their way to help find a solution as we were depending on an extra bed at the property. I strongly recommend the hosts to try the sofa bed themselves and I am sure they will quickly remove these from the property.

Location and space.
We have to ask for toiletpaper. The sofabed was not made even if it was promised, and we never had a sheet for the sofabed - we asked 3 times. The quality of the sofabed was very bad and terrible to sleep on. The access to the appartement was difficult to master because the instructions were wrong.
