Great location for discovering Lac Annecy region!

Great stay with our family with two kids! ☺️ It was easy access, great parking, much bigger apartment that I thought it would be. Our girls loved the extra big bunkbed! It was great for visiting Annecy, Menton St Bernard and our favourite Talloire. Only 30 minutes hike from the apartment to the beautiful Chateau Menton and our kids managed the hike very well (6 & 8 years old). Great communication with the owner Oliver 🥰

Great host with clear directions. Everything went smooth. Apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Larger towels could help. Overall, a definite consideration if in Talloires side of lake. We would definitely like to recommend.

I must have missed the info that bath towels weren’t provided. We had to use our beach towels which wasn’t ideal.

Soggiorno ottimale soprattutto per un viaggio di lavoro.

Gli ambienti della struttura erano molto confortevoli, è stato facile lavorare e rilassarsi. Nonostante la distanza dal centro, la struttura è anche ben collegata con il bus a servizi vicini

coperte troppo pesanti considerata la stagione estiva, il ritiro delle chiavi non era difficile ma la cassetta in cui stavano era piena di ragnatele

Le plan de l’appartement est parfait. La literie est bonne. La cuisine est très bien équipée et moderne. Le coin repas est très sympa et moderne ( il a changé depuis la photo)

Le bruit de la route sur la terrasse. La place de parking était petite.

Emplacement idéal au calme et proche de toutes commodités

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce Airbnb à Perroix. Le logement était très propre, spacieux, et idéalement situé, à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de la plage de Talloires — que l’on peut aussi rejoindre à pied pour les plus motivés, la petite montée au retour en vaut la peine ! Le cadre est vraiment dépaysant, avec des moutons juste à côté, un vrai bol d’air pour les citadins, c’était un séjour très agréable. Nous recommandons ! Le logement est plus agréable que sur les photos

Quelques petits détails pourraient être améliorés, comme la taille des serviettes et un peu de thé / café pour le petit-déjeuner, toujours sympa quand on arrive et que l’on pas eu le temps de faire de courses 😉

Très bel appartement dans une résidence au calme, arrivée autonome en toute simplicité, échange agréable avec notre hôte Olivier qui nous a laissé un petit cadeau d' accueil🥰nombreux dépliants, livres et informations pour les visites et activités à faire. L'appartement est comme dans la description agréable, tout confort, la cuisine est très bien équipée. La literie est confortable et appréciable après de longues journées de vadrouille. A proximité de toutes activités autour du lac et 20 min d'Annecy. Et même une petite aire de jeux pour les enfants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😊
