Very good

It was very peaceful and in a nice part of the lake. It is also brand new and everything was spotlessly clean! Kitchen is also fully equipped. Also beautiful mountain view from the 2nd floor of the loft (bedroom).

It was extremely hot while we were there...there was one large fan and moving it up and down the small stairs was a bit of a hassle. No mosquito nets on the windows, so opening them wasn't an appealing option because there were a lot of bugs coming in.

Spacious comfortable apartment near nature

Large comfortable apartment with good kitchen and bathroom, 200 m from the main road around Lake Annecy. Quiet, with view onto meadows with horses and bulls. Safe car parking. Good area for cycling with bicycle lanes at most places around the lake. Nice walking paths start from the golf court parking nearby.

Bedroom is upstairs while bathroom with toilet are on groundfloor. Kitchen utensils rather limited. There were dozens of flies in the apartment, probably because of the animals in the meadow, but according to the owner because of the rainy weather. We didn't use the terrace because of so many flies. The owner didn't like we rang the bell of his house next door, he wanted only to be contacted by phone.

Relaxing break in beautiful surroundings

Clean contemporary accommodation. No oven but toaster microwave hob etc plus bonus of a washing machine. Beautiful lake and good location.

As you are close to a farm there are a lot of flies which was the only down side.

On ne transmet pas un message écrit en rouge la veille du départ et surtout je ne paye pas la chambre 120 € pour me demander d’aller vider mes poubelles dans un conteneur à 600 m

Heerlijk verblijf op een hele fijne locatie.

Prachtige locatie, heel rustig en comfortabel. Erg vriendelijke mensen! Net even weg uit de drukte.

Een oventje zou handig kunnen zijn, net als een airco. Al viel de warmte nu bij ons mee.

Das Appartement ist modern, gemütlich, mit guten Materialien gebaut. Die absolute Ruhe ist herrlich, die Lage abseits des Trubels sehr angenehm. In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht. Unsere Räder konnten wir sicher unterstellen.

Appartment sehr zu empfehlen für einen sportlichen Aufenthalt

Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber bezüglich des Check-Ins. Im Appartement war (bis auf die Spühlmaschine) alles vohanden was man für einen sportlichen Aufenthalt in der traumhaften Umgebung brauch :)

il manque un peu d'accessoire de base ( pas de pôele pour cuisiner ni d'huile par exemple ) la proximité des autres locataires

Parfait

Ce n’est pas la première fois que nous venions dans cet établissement, la première fois, nous avons eu le logement aigle et cette fois-ci biche Établissement se trouve au calme à côté d’un golf. Vous pouvez faire des randonnée sans prendre la voiture pour aller jusqu’à Annecy soit il faut être courageux soit vous pouvez prendre la voiture mais ce n’est pas très loin.

Top huisje om van daaruit het meer te gaan verkennen.

Mooi modern appartement, dichter bij Menthon dan bij Talloires gelegen. Zicht op golfterrein en de bergen. Een 4km van de bakker gelegen . Koffieset is een Senseo dus pas meebrengen😉. Indien jexzelf wenst te koken olie e´ kruiden meebrengen. Voor de rest is alles aanwezig van handdoeken tot afwasmiddel. Er is een wasmachine maar zelf poeder voorzien.

Er is geen airco dus kan best warm worden. Nu de trukendoos is alles dicht laten in de dag en ´s nachts open zetten. Helpt wel wat maar het zijn kieseltjes rond het huis dus heb je lawaai als er een auto of iemand overgaat. Aanrader breng fiets mee of huur er eentje dan geraak je overal gemakkelijk. Wens je rond het meer te fietsen super leuk maar vertrek richting Talloires zo naar Annecy. Tailoores is stijl naar beneden dus wees voorzichtig. Ook niet overal zij het fietspaden maar de auto´s zij zeer hoffelijk.
