overall it was fine. a few small changes could make it much better esp the wi fi.

location very near the town. off road parking was very welcome. kitchen space was nice with breakfast bar etc.

wi fi was basically non existent. it seemed to be a 4G hub rather than wired wi fi so not really any use at all. some things needed to make it an easier stay e.g. more than a third of a roll of toilet paper, a dish washer tablet or two, drying cloth for washing up, better beds. the apartment is near to a busy road. when in the bedrooms it is fine, no impact, but from the lounge area it is very noisy. blinds are stiff in the bedroom.

The appartment was very spacious and quiet. The rooms were with lots of cup board space. The location was superbe and the closed parking very convenient.

The kitchen was very nice but had hardly pots and panns to cook. That was a pitty because having a kitchen was an important reason to rent the appartement. The beds were for us not that comfortable.

Rien, on est parti immédiatement du logement sale, très sale.

Arrivée à 15h. Code de boîte à clé faux... A l ouverture de la porte de l appartement, des aliments parterre, chambres avec les draps des anciens locataires, cuisine sale, table collante, vaisselle non rangé, aliments dans l évier, parterre. Sdb dégueulasse, flacons parterre, wc avec traces noirs, poils. Odeur nauséabonde dans le logement. C etait violent. La propriétaire prévenue, propose un hôtel!!! Airbnb!! Elle voulait que je vois avec booking! Site qui s en fout royalement des réclamations. Je suis rentrée à mon domicile, choquée. C est abusé. Remboursé effectué après discussion.

La grandeur, le confort et l'emplacement à deux pas du vieux Quimper. Le parking privé pratique, les chambres côté cour intérieure impeccable pour dormir. Très bons rapports avec la propriétaire.
