Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend und die Aussicht einmalig. Bei schönem Wetter ist der umlaufende Balkon voll zu nutzen.
Die Sessel waren leider sehr unbequem. Auch die übrigen Möbel waren nicht sehr praktisch. Kein Schrank, kaum Stauraum. Sehr alte Aufzüge und unangenehmer, penetranter Geruch im Erdgeschoss. Ein scharfes Messer in der Küche wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen.
