Appartement cosy, bien décoré, fonctionnel, confortable, propre, bien placé. Je n’hésiterai pas une seule seconde à retourner là si je revenais à Pau.

It’s new, but that’s all it has going for it. Throughout our stay the room was barely cleaned. The housekeeping staff don’t even take out the dirty dishes we used. The rest of the hotel’s service is okay. The front desk is always swamped so even if you call from your room you’re usually put on hold.
It’s always busy and it’s obvious the hotel staff can’t keep up. So even though the resort just opened most of the furniture is already stained and the elevators and hallways are usually dirty.
