95 sqm 3-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator; 40 steps) in the historic hyper-centre of Pau, in a really quiet cul-de-sac just off Rue Maréchal Joffre, Pau’s main pedestrian street with cafés, restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby. Place Clemenceau is 1 min away
Bright, quiet and just renovated, the apartment offers wooden floors and tasteful decoration.
Although we don't get many bookings through VRBO, we are experienced Superhosts with a 4.95 rating and almost 70 reviews in another platform that cannot be named ;-)
The apartment is equipped with brand-new appliances and everything you need for a comfortable stay, including sheets, towels and basic cooking essentials (coffee, tea, sugar and oil).
You will have access to the entire apartment and all its amenities — we want you to feel at home.
• Living room: sofa, dining table, coffee table, Google TV, and free Wi-Fi
• Dining area: table with 6 chairs
• Master bedroom: Queen bed (160 × 200)
• Second bedroom: Double bed (140 × 190)
• Third bedroom: single bed with pull-out trundle bed, sleeping two (2 x 90 × 200)
• Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and kettle. We also provide coffee, tea, sugar and basic cooking essentials.
• Bathroom: shower, bathtub, first aid kit and hair dryer
• Separate toilet
On request, we can provide an iron and ironing board, an international power adapter, and other useful items.
For families travelling with children, we also have children’s utensils, a high-chair adapter, a toilet seat adapter and a small urinal.
We use environmentally friendly and organic cleaning products.
Although the street is pedestrian and restricted to residents, it is possible to access the building by car on arrival to unload luggage. We can provide a resident access pass if needed.
Parking: Although located in a pedestrian street, there are usually parking spaces directly in front of the building (three are reserved for neighbours but not allocated). We can provide you with a pass to enter the pedestrian zone with your car during your stay. The Place Clemenceau underground parking is also just 2 minutes away.
