The place was spacious, had comfy beds, all the essential kitchen equipment. The view was nice and we could see the water shows and Burj Khalifa right from our window. And Mahmoud was very kind, helpful and super quick responding to our messages. He was great too! Overall we liked everything!
There was nothing bad to complain about.

10 mins to the Dubai mall, and you can see the tower in the balcony!
2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are very helpful for 4 people to stay there.

Location was great
The check-in process was significantly delayed. Upon entering the room, I discovered that the sofa was wet, the bathroom had a strong odor of cigarette smoke, and the beds were highly uncomfortable. Furthermore, there was noticeable wear and tear throughout the room, including visibly damaged plug sockets.
