    Terrible check-in experience and no WiFi. Almost got stuck sleeping on the streets in this town. The guest is extremely unresponsive. I booked through Agoda at least a month in advance. I messaged the day before and morning of check in to get the key and door access details. The host never responded. Luckily the taxi I had to get from the train station was able to call her and get the number. Don't come here if you're a western traveler and don't speak German or have a local phone number or you're likely will not be able to get in. Also the Wi-Fi code listed on site does not work so there's no Wi-Fi available. The room does not have blackout curtains and it's very bright in the morning. You'll hear guests in the morning and it's difficult to sleep. The location is very unaccessible to any sort of transit. Overall extremely terrible stay and not worth it unless you're a local.
