Price performance was excellent. Room was very clean, all personnel was willing to help a lot. If I need again , definetely I’ll stay here.

Clean, tidy, spacious, freshly smelled single en suite room, quiet area to sleep in peace. There were toilet papers and a shower gel. I asked for more T papers, shampoo and a hairdryer and I was given all. Comfy bed, good wifi signal, excellent heating. Very friendly staff in the reception, they reply instantly to phone calls and Booking/ WhatsApp messages. They helped me to carry my heavy cabin bag to the second floor on arrival.

Three things to mention: Firstly, since there is no lift ; It's tricky if you are a person with issues when climbing the stairs, unless you are lucky to have a ground floor room, then you would need to climb one set of stairs or even two sets (in my case as in second floor). I had to live on pain killers for the whole stay period :( I was told the hotel is fully booked! Strange that the toilet seat and sink are designed for a disabled people but no lift is there! Secondly, the location is not the best. I had a conference in the Ulm Messe and the journey was almost 40 min in the best conditions. The nearest bus stop is 10 min walk. Lastly, very basic room with no bathroom shelves, not even a small table next to the bed and no electric socket near the bed. It would be nice to also add facial tissues in the room.
