Loved the house and it is in a great position just up from the harbour and restaurants with only a few minutes walk to the shopping area.
The main room downstairs- kitchen and seating - is comfortable and well equipped. Tended to leave the door open for light and air when having breakfast as there is only a tiny outdoor space upstairs, not enough to eat in - although that was pleasant to sit with a evening drink for a while. The upstairs lounge with TV (we don’t use but others might) was also comfortable but would only really seat two or three.
The hosts were great - very informative and helpful. They responded well when we had an issue with the washing machine - would suggest instructions in English for non Greek travellers would be helpful as none of us had used a top loader before.
The main bedroom was lovely with plenty of wardrobe space - however, there was nothing for the second mezzanine bedroom. The mezzanine bedroom was comfortable enough - although we were slightly surprised as hadn’t expected it - but probably would be better for a family rather than two couples as there was nowhere to put belongings except in the lounge area or share the main bedroom’s wardrobes. However, it was fine.
Nowhere to store belongings for mezzanine bedroom - we emptied a cupboard in the lounge and used that.
Otherwise, nothing to dislike. You are so close to the harbour that outside space is unnecessary.
(I think that the steep stairs to the mezzanine could be problematic for very young children or infirm adults so be aware. We were fine with them)

In the heart of Pythagoreio. Wonderfully appointed and soothing decor- great kitchen/table area to gather around and additional second floor family room. Luxurious but comfortable. The host thought of everything- snacks, fruit, juice eggs beer etc. Air conditioning worked great. Shutters made it easy to darken rooms for sleeping and naps. Private Parking spot for car within a few blocks.
There was nothing we did not like but there are steps to get to the bedrooms- the one bedroom is located on 3rd floor ( kind bed) and must go to 2nd floor for bathroom. We were 2 couples in early 70’s so worked out okay for us but thought I’d mention in case someone couldn’t do steps.

We had a fabulous time in Samos and really enjoyed staying in Petros's StoneVilla. The villa was thoroughly cleaned and prepared for our stay. Every detail was thought through. There are 3 ACs in the house and makes it extremely comfortable to cool down separate areas.
The villa is very close to the beach and the city center of Pythagorio which makes it easy to access everywhere by walking.
Petros went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. He gave me a ride to the airport to pick up my rental car and provided a parking spot nearby to make it easy for us.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Samos and in StoneVilla.
