Pool, parking, living room space and sun terrace.
Aircon only in the living room. Bedrooms were stifling hot even with bedroom doors open and the ceiling fans on the aircon just couldn’t reach.

We had one evening with no hot water but it was dealt with straight away and fixed ASAP.
