Energy, water, electricity, WiFi, TV, air conditioning or heat are included in the rental price! On arrival and handing over the keys on site, 70 euros for the final cleaning, initial towels and bed linen are to be paid in cash and are not included in the rental price. Our guests are from the quiet location, the type of ambience, facilities, cleanliness, very enthusiastic and would love to come back. Shopping or live music are only a 5-minute walk away.
Treat yourself to relaxing days on the Costa Blanca in a penthouse apartment and your own separate private roof terrace with an unobstructed view over the country to the salt lake or the town to the sea.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people in two bedrooms. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room can be used for two more people.
The kitchen, which is open to the living room, is fully equipped. A washing machine is available. Likewise satellite TV, WiFi and a radio.
You can have breakfast in the living room, on the balcony or on the large roof terrace. Nobody has a view there, so that you can also sunbathe naked and shower there. Our guests can use everything sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue beach equipment and toys.
We take care of the initial supply of bed linen and towels for 4 people.
Immediately in front of the apartment, which is located on the first floor, you can enjoy the pool with shower and a beautiful garden.
Because of the mild climate, it is always travel time on the Costa Blanca. Take advantage of the inexpensive off-season opportunities and soak up the sun when others are left out in the rain.
There is a bus stop nearby to go to Torrevieja/La Mata old town, beaches or nature reserves.

We have been renting since 2013, had a 2-year Corona break and will start again from January 1, 2023, now also with WiFi. We speak German, English and work in writing with a translator or on site in Spanish, English and German. Our family comes from Berlin and we have fulfilled our dream of sun and sea. We have furnished our apartment completely individually, paying attention to the Spanish ambience and everything you need for a holiday should be there. As the apartment is on a hill above the sea, the updrafts ensure circulation in summer and mild temperatures in winter. The location between the two salt lakes and the sea provides a pleasant, health-promoting microclimate. There are many public parking spaces right in front of the door. Since it is a dead end, there is no through traffic. The location is very quiet but the joie de vivre is raging and a shopping center is only a 5-minute walk away. On our own private roof terrace there are sun loungers + umbrella, table with chairs, a charcoal grill ready for you and waiting for your visit. Beach games and bathing utensils are in a small tower on our terrace and can be used individually.
Our friends, a Spanish family and a German couple are only a few meters away and take care of the apartment in our absence and, if you wish, also touchingly the concerns of our guests.

The location of the apartment was perfect for us, two adults and a dog. The apartment is in a quiet area and in a dead-end street, so there is almost no traffic. In addition, the house is right next to an undeveloped plot were people in the neighbourhood walk their dogs. The distance to the nearest supermarket was about one kilometre and into Torrevieja town centre about three kilometres. In the Torremarina centre there was also a Veterinary Clinic, a Pharmacy and several restaurants.
In front of the house there were plenty of space to park your car.
When we arrived from the airport we were met by the property's host which gave us the keys and showed us how everything in the apartment worked. The apartment was very nice and well equipped. The only drawback we could discover was that the apartment smelled of smoke the first week (we don't smoke), there was no Internet and that the double bed was narrower than we are accustomed to.
The roof-terrace was great. Unfortunately, we could not use it so much because it was relatively cool and very windy during most of our stay. The balcony is facing the sun in the mornings. And at this time of the year (March) it was nice to open the doors having breakfast in the sun.
So, in summary, everything was great! Thank you for letting us rent the apartment! We are happy to return if we have the opportunity.

The property was very clean. It was extremely hot in the bedrooms with only one fan for both rooms. The tv only had German channels. The WiFi didn’t work as it wasn’t connected to the internet. There was no first aid box. The person who met us didn’t speak English or Spanish. Also we weren’t aware that we had to pay 70 for cleaning on arrival. The area was good with everything easy to get to. We would definitely recommend the restaurant Flavor. Excellent service and food.
