The 60m2 property has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with air conditioning providing cooling/heating.

Scandinavian + English IPTV, Chromecast as well as high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for streaming and video calls.

Your private outdoor area includes a balcony, a 25 m2 terrace and a barbecue.

The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden and a children´s pool.

Pros: This south facing apartment is a home from home in the sun. I spent the winter there and so enjoyed it that I have booked next winter. It is set in a quiet area on the outskirts of Torrevieja with local bars/restaurants in the surrounding streets, supermarket just up the road. Frequent buses run from either end of street to La Mata and Torrevieja (€1.35 per journey) and then onward travel to Alicante, Benidorm etc is available. The apartment itself is well equipped and comfortable, beaches short walk and pool on site. The owner Kjeld could not be more helpful and I would recommend a stay there to anyone.

Pros: Leiligheita har veldig bra beliggenhet. Når det meste i ein sirkel på 20 min. Nær buss. Lys og fin leiligheit , Luftig takterasse. Nær fellesbasseng. Ingen ting mangla i leiligheita. Vi var superfornøgd.
