Perched on a scenic ancient volcano crater rim, Panoramic Views house was a beautiful place to unwind after fun filled days. The location is very good with sweeping views of the mountain peaks, Cass Bay with boats and wind surfers in the distance. We enjoyed the scene while sipping wine on the cute deck and comfortable seating areas. Literally right out the door are trailheads to nice walks. A quick 6 minute drive brings you to hip Lyttleton Harbor town with nice restaurants/bars, access to essentially free ferry rides across the bay to other delightful towns. Downtown Christchurch is a easy 15 minute jaunt with never a traffic hassle. And just down the hill was a pretty beach with nice swim access. It was a very comfortable stay with every modern convenience. The kitchen is comprehensive. The hosts were welcoming, kind, and great sources of local knowledge. We can recommend without reservation. A perfect place to explore the area. We positioned here prior to our flight home via Christchurch airport. It was a great stay and perfect end to our 3 month adventure in New Zealand.

We booked the apartment for our family of five (2 adults and 3 children) at the very last minute, and the response was immediate, warm, informative, and efficient.
Check-in went smoothly without any issues, and we found a lovely, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable home — just like in the photos, maybe even better!
We really enjoyed reading the house book and all the thoughtful tips — it’s clear that a lot of care and love have been put into maintaining and designing the place.
We’re happy to recommend it to future guests and would be delighted to stay here again in the future.
