Cozy small appartment perfect for a short trip. Comfortable beds and basic but sufficient private kitchen. It also includes an amazing full gym.

Located in a remote village only accesible by car. Hot water in the shower run out easily after a couple average showers. No microwave

Quiet, Safe, Wonderful staff

There were missing sheets on the top bunk, which we didn't realize til later well after check-in. I messaged them, and they responded fast and someone brought sheets to us! Instructions for getting into the apartment is clear. The apartment is in a safe neighborhood, close to the lake, close to grocery stores. The apartment complex felt empty when I visited, so noise is never an issue. Parking lot felt secure and I had a designated parking spot.

amazing view, good location and well-decorated

it was very well decorated. fullkitchen was available. instructions were very clear. amazing view from the balcony.

although the two beds were very comfortable, the upper bed was swinging too much. maybe it should be connected to wall to stabilize. unfortunately the bedsheets were also not smelling so fresh. but overall everything was very clean, neat and confortable.

Perfect contactless check-in, we got detailed instructions and found everything easily. The apartment is very small but still enough for two (might accommodate more), it was clean and nice, located in the new building. We enjoyed the balcony and proximity to the center/lake. Private parking place is also beneficial. Overall the area around the lake is very beautiful, we would definitely like to stay longer. Communication with the host is fast and friendly.

Super Preis leistung

Preis Leistung super. Wir waren im Winter hier als Zwischenübernachtung. Einwandfrei. Alles funktioniert, ist modern, Heizung geht ebenfalls und man hat sogar einen Balkon. Zutritt kontaktlos. Es gibt sogar ein kostenloses Fitnessstudio im Haus.

Küche ist etwas arg klein, zu zweit kein Problem aber zu viert wäre das glaube ich nichts.

Celkový dojem ubytování dobrý na krátký trip

Skvělá lokalita, apartmán i celý objekt útulný, čistý, nový. Ubytování čisté, na přespání stačilo. Kuchyňku jsme ocenili na snídaně. Poměr ceny a kvality bezvadný. Hezky výhled z balkonu. Na eurovikend jako lowcost bezvadný. Někdy se vrátíme.

Museli jsme koupit ocet na vyvaření rychlovarné konvice. Mohlo by se investovat do nějakých šuplíků a komod na nádobí a ne to hodit na jednu hromadu, chybí také botník, nebo aspoň podložka na boty. Chybí židličky v bytě, museli jsme si vzít z balkonu, poněvadž lavice jsou nepohodlné

Doporučil bych změřit se na úklid a čistotu a nebude co vytknout.

Líbila se nám lokace a poměrně nové hezké pokoje, možnost parkování přímo u hotelu a bezkontaktní check in a check out.

Nerad dávám negativní recenze, ale toto nejde jinak. Nelíbil se nám úklid ani přístup hostitele. Po příjezdu nás na posteli čekalo jen složené povlečení namísto ustlané postele, takže jsme si ji museli připravit sami. Povlečení bylo flekaté, přiložené ručníky a utěrky byly ještě vlhké a nevoněly tak, aby působily čerstvě vyprané. Máme malé dítě, které se válelo po podlaze, a jakmile vstalo, nestačili jsme se divit, kolik nečistot na zemi bylo. Když jsme kontaktovali hostitele s tím, že pokoj není dostatečně čistý ani připravený pro hosty, odpověděl, že pošle uklízečku. Ta ale nikdy nedorazila a pokoj zůstal po celý pobyt neuklizený. Byli jsme z toho zklamaní, protože ubytování samo o sobě je hezké, ale tento přístup nám výrazně snížil důvěru v čistotu. Vyvrcholením bylo, když jsme chtěli utřít talíř přiloženou utěrkou a talíř pak byl plný chlupů — pravděpodobně od psa.

Csendes, nyugodt környezet, minden megvan a pihenéshez.

Nagyon szép helyen van, gyönyörű kilátással a templomra és tóra. Ingyenes, megadott parkolóhely is van a szállás előtt. Nagyon rendezett a folyosó. Jól felszerelt az apartman, minden van ami kell.

Kicsit piszkos volt a szoba, nagy pókhálók látható sarkokban, elég nagy porcicák is voltak a földön. Az evőeszközök, a főzési kellékek már nagyon kopottak, használtak, némelyek koszosak is voltak.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, sehr schöner See und schöne Gegend.

Die Lage des Appartements ist nicht direkt am See aber trotzdem sehr gut gelegen und sehr ruhig. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist einwandfrei, das Haus sehr sauber und sonst hat alles gepasst. Wir waren gut untergebracht.

Das Appartement ist für 4 Leute schon relativ klein und eng. Die Schlafmöglichkeit im Hochbett ist aber mit Kindern trotz alledem kein Problem. Nachdem wir eh nur zur Übernachtung da waren und den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, hat uns dies absolut ausgereicht.

В описании указано, что в апартаментах 2 спальни, но по факту это крохотная квартира, где в общей комнате двухъярусная кровать. Для 4 человек не очень много места.

Caixote do lixo da casa de banho não estava vazio. Cama superior no beliche abanava muito. Fogão muito fraco.

Super schönes modernes Gebäude, mit digitalem Zugangscode, Lift und zugeteiltem Parkplatz. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt Kontaktlos mit Schlüsselsafe vor dem Lofteingang. Appartment mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, sehr sauber und neu. Kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Das Doppelbett eher klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Badezimmer klein und nur für 1 Person zugänglich, sehr sauber, Handtücher vorhanden. Rollläden vorhanden. Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeit.

Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, alles probiert, aber kein Empfang der Sender.

hat Verbesserungspotential

Die Lage ist gut, nahe am See 10min zu Fuss, war aber für uns nicht entscheidend da wir nur Übernachten wollten. Wir waren zu dritt als Familie mit unserem Sohn unterwegs. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war gut. Man konnte leicht mit dem Türcode eintreten und mit dem Lift zum Zimmer fahren.

Geschlafen in einem Stockbett. Die Matratze war durchgelegen und gehört unten wie oben wirklich ausgetauscht. Alles war sehr eng für 3 Personen, maximal 2 hätte ich gesagt. Der Boiler im Badezimmer so verbaut das man sich den Kopf anschlägt wenn man größer als 1,60 ist. auch das Bad war wirklich sehr eng und klein. Diese Wohnung gehört ausgemalt, sie ist abgenutzt und abgeschlagen.
