Villa Camilla

Die Villa war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern und hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Für eine Familie, die gerne Zeit am Pool verbringt und Erholung sucht, ist sie wirklich ideal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten die Zeit dort wunderbar genießen. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, was sehr praktisch. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und entspannend – wer viel Action direkt vor der Haustür sucht, ist hier eher nicht richtig. Nach etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die ersten Bars und Restaurants. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 5 Minuten in einer größeren, lebhaften Stadt mit vielen Möglichkeiten und etwas mehr Trubel.

Leider mussten wir vor Ort noch einen Vertrag der Hausverwaltung unterschreiben, worüber wir im Vorfeld nicht informiert worden waren. Eine vorherige Information hierzu wäre aus unserer Sicht wünschenswert gewesen.

Salva was very friendly, gave us a tour of the Villa. the size, was adequate for 3, kitchen facilities were excellent, nice to have the seating area up stairs.

Beds could have done with something more than a sheet to sleep under, the sound of water running though the night was very disturbing to sleep. the pool was dirty, don't think the filter was on. only 2 sunbeds available and we are a family of 3 needs to be equip for the amount of people staying.

Delayed responses from the management company , the BBQ wasn’t working and this was a feature we always look for so after having to cook our food in the oven ( not the same) we asked for the gas bottle to be replaced but this never occurred The pool was freezing and we asked on Day 1 to put the heat on but due to the delay in agent answering us ( several days later) it was not possible as it needed a few days to heat up
