This brand new stunning, 3 storey villa with private heated* is new to the rental market in Los Alcazares. Its amazing location puts it central to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants and is perfect for couples, families and small groups alike.
The villa is immaculately furnished throughout to a high standard and will give you that luxury stay. WiFi and airconditioning / heating throughout the property is included.
Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area: -
On the ground floor of the villa we have the swimming pool with space for lounging on the terrace. The pool can also be heated (subject to additional charge). On the 1st floor is the private terrace off the master bedroom, perfect for your morning coffee or watching the world go by in the afternoon.
To top it off, the roof terrace, with seperate lounging and dining areas, and an outdoor kitchen and bbq area With all of these outdoor areas, you are really spoilt for choice !

The villa has an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, perfect for modern day living. There are triple width patio doors at the front of the villa which flood the room with light. The living room has a comfortable sofa and two lounge chairs, 55 inch smart TV and fibre optic broadband. The deceptively spacious kitchen has everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: -
There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom sharing 2 bathrooms with modern walk-in showes. The master bedroom has its own private terrace.

The villa is position in the centre of Los Alcazares, very central for the beach (5 minutes walk), shops bars and restaurants which means there is no need for a car if you prefer. The villa is in a perfect location to ensure a wonderful holiday in style !

We cannot fault this property from Los Alcazares property rentals.
This was our third stay and we have already booked for next year.
The property is very well appointed with everything you will need. The pool is a great size for kids and adults to cool off in. Walking distance to a beach and both ‘Brit’ strip and old town.
