Los Narejos is a sub district of Los Alcazares where this stunning holiday Villa with a private and securely gated pool area is based.
The pool : 6.5m / 3m / 1.6m deep (at the deep end!) is perfect for family's with children of all ages.
Within walking distance of all local amenities this is the ideal location for your family holiday. No car is needed as the wonderful beaches of the Mar Menor, numerous supermarkets, restaurants, tapas bars and the busy town centre including the famous Saturday Los Narejos street market are all within an easy walk.
The Villa has three bedrooms, three lounges, two dinning areas, two shower rooms, modern kitchen, an upper kitchenette, plus three terraces.
With a separate self contained annex the "upper deck suite" boasts bedroom, kitchen, lounge, shower room and a private terrace. Ideal for grandparents who require a bit of "own time"
We are registered with and approved by the region de Murcia tourist board.

"The pool is great and is pleasantly shaded in the mornings and evenings so none of us got burnt! We were often to be found having a late night dip as the water is just at a gorgeous temperature then (31 degrees C one evening!). This is a beautifully presented property perfectly located for access to all of the attractions of Los Alcazares.
Along with my family we enjoyed a fabulous holiday here in July 2024, the house itself has everything you need with a great selection of indoor and outdoor areas and an excellent private pool.
Paul is a great owner, easily contactable and replies swiftly with detailed answers, Christine the property manager is excellent and is always on hand to offer any help that is required. We can't wait to plan our next trip back to this property.

The property was clean, comfortable and well positioned for local haunts as well as when we wanted to venture further afield. Plenty of room for us (5) and the private pool was a blessing when it came to keeping the children occupied. We would be more than happy to stay here again.
