Las vistas son increíbles, la ubicación excelente y el anfitrión, Manuel, ha sido muy amable con nosotros en todo momento. Sin duda, volveremos!
Por poner un pero, el soporte de la alcachofa de la ducha, estaba algo suelto y dificultaba su fijación para ducharse.

Beautiful apartment with a large balcony overlooking the beach. Within walking distance of local shops & restaurants and close to tram stop for access to Alicante city. Manuel was an excellent host, a lovely gentleman, always on hand to offer advice and have a chat. We really enjoyed our stay.

The "Exceptional apartment at LOFT a pie de beach en CHALET ROQUETES" is a great place to stay and relax. The host, Manuel, is a wonderful person, very friendly and helpful. The apartment's location was really nice, right on the beach with amazing view of the sea. Good and quiet place to rest and explore the surrounding area, San Juan, Alicante. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Manuel for your hospitality !

L’emplacement et son poids fort
L’appartement que nous avons loué n’est pas du tout celui qui est mis en avant sur la photo, il est à l’arrière de dans cette location il y avait pas de machine à laver donc quand vous restez une semaine c’est très embarrassant. Il y avait des travaux quasiment tous les jours avec du bruit et cet appartement était plein d’humidité le matin, l’eau coulait sur les fenêtres.
