La proximité avec la plage ainsi que le matériel mis à disposition et la réactivité du propriétaire en cas de problème.

La casa era molto silenziosa e riservata. Ben accessoriata! Il letto e cuscini comodissima. Anche la doccia era comodissima. Il frigo era grande e la cucina giusta per una vacanza al mare dove non si pretende molto. Il mare difronte meraviglioso, acqua cristallina.
Faticoso arrivare con i mezzi pubblici, ma si può fare. Un supermercato vero a circa 1 kilometro, questa l'unica pecca del soggiorno.

Posizione direi perfetta perché più verso la zona tranquilla del bellissimo litorale che a sua volta con l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia rende tutto estremamente esclusivo. Il proprietario, il Signor Manuel, abita nello stesso complesso di queste villette ed assolutamente disponibile e molto simpatico; gli alloggi sono molto curati ed hanno ogni confort
