It was a good stay for a weekend.

Facilities were good and clean was also ok. Safe environment in this location.

It was requested a caution of 100€ which we didn’t know until the day of the arrival. Please be aware of this when booking here. However the owners understood the situation and we didn’t pay the caution. In addition, one of the owners doesn’t speak English.

Despite the so small blankets the general experience was so nice. Also, they asked for 100€ deposit.

Big enough, cozy and very nice design.

Despite the beds were double and so comfortable the blankets were personally and so small. I am 1.90 and my whole legs was out. So uncomfortable. Also, for a no reason they asked for 100€ deposit… cash.

Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt war die Wohnung ausreichend

Alle Sessel im Wohnzimmer quietschen leider. Bei Ankunft mussten wir 100 Euro hinterlegen. Da wir die Wohnung ohne Schäden wieder verlassen haben, erhielten wir das "Pfand" aber zurück.

Hervorragende Wohnung in guter Wohnlage.

Mit einem Satz zusammengefasst, die Wohnung enthielt alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht einschließlich dem Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Sauber und ordentlich

Bettwäsche und Leintuch in einem Schlafzimmer feucht. Nach Telefonat am 22:00 zweimal ersetzt. Im anderen Schlafzimmer Bettwäsche mit unzumutbaren Geruch und uralten Verschiedenen Bettbezügen . Keine Gästekarten erhalten aber 50€ für Kurtaxe bezahlt. In der Wohnungsbeschreibung taucht das Wort Strand auf, sehr irreführend

Ottimo appartamento...ma attenzione ⚠️

Appartamento ristrutturato e arredo nuovo, c'è tutto ciò che serve per amici e familiari, angolo cottura,frigo,lavatrice,ferro da stiro,tv nelle varie stanze, unnpiccolo terrazzino e il parcheggio privato e anche il prezzo mi èsembrato proporzionato...insomma tutto ok da questo punto di vista.

Il proprietario mi manda un sms chiedendo di avvisarlo una mezzoretta prima dell'arrivo e fin qui ok, poi però a parte la tassa di soggiorno che già sapevo di dover pagare in loco, mi chiede anche 100€ di caparra non si sà per cosa. Arrivato sul posto trovo una signora (forse la moglie) che non parla ovviamente italiano ma neanche inglese, solamente il polacco e il tedesco, pertanto la comunicazione è stata a gesti o con google traslate...e comunque ha insistito nel volere 100€ di caparra a titolo precauzionale (l'appartamento era stato già pagato) e che me li avrebbe ridati il giorno della ripartenza previa ispezione all'appartamento...questa l'ho trovata una cosa poco professionale anche perché non specificato su booking. Oltre a questo in camera da letto una bella ragnatela da 40cm abbondanti e un bel ragnone...e polvere in bagno...insomma tutto abbastanza pulito ma non dappertutto

In einem Schlafzimmer ist der Abstand vom Bett zum großen geräumigen Kleiderschrank etwas eng.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, modern eingerichtet, sehr schöne Dusche, ruhige Lage

Fahrräder in den Keller zu bringen ist sehr mühevoll, da es sich um einen normalen Hauskeller handelt (viele Treppenstufen), besser lässt man die Räder im Hof stehen
