Staff member was friendly and always on hand to help.

No facilities, no bar. Not even a vending machine. The room was very small but clean and comfortable.

No window in room other than a roof one which has no blind so impossible to sleep after sunrise !

The room was freezing cold, coming from the bathroom (even when the door was closed, it was coming out to the room), which made it absolutely impossible to be used. The fire alarm went off at night time (for no reason) and it took a call from me, so the staff turned it off then. + we were able to hear the conversations CLEARLY from the room which was in front of ours. After that I just called them again saying that I don’t wanna stay there anymore and I would like to get a refund, they were so nice on the phone and agreed for the refund (even asked for my bank details). Then a few days later I texted them to ask what happened and their answer was that they checked the room after we left and there was nothing wrong according to them. I answered with a huge polite message explaining why I disagree and I never got an answer back. Then I contacted booking.com, for weeks nothing happened until I texted them back, then their answer was that they tried to contact this place, but they never answered them, that’s why they send me a voucher for 21.10 pounds (I PAYED 90 for the room 🙂). I absolutely don’t recommend that place, especially if you’re going with your partner, there is no privacy even (but that was the smallest issue) .

Place was not clean, we arrived and there was renovations taking place which we did not no, the lift was not working some parts off the stairs cordoned off, a lot off dust in the room toothbrush and straw found lying on the floor, fridge wasn’t cleaned as the water was froze in it. Room just wasn’t cleared throughly before we arrived as pillow still lying down the back off the bed!!

Beautiful interior, bath was stunning. Views and location are perfect.

Staff member was a little strange and came into our room, closed door behind him and hovered. Very peculiar behaviour. Made us feel a little uncomfortable.

too hot ! no window .just skylights which couldn’t be opened. we had very noisy party staying and they woke us at 2.30 am for hours. No reception ! All a bit strange and basic.

brilliant, exactly what we wanted. Location and ease off plenty of things to see, visit and enjoy.

weather was ok and when it cleared up provided beautiful vistas.

We stayed in the cloughmore suite and it was simply amazing! The building is a little unusual, but the inside was just brilliant

No hot water in the morning and staff was not able to communicate too as he did not understand our complaint. And whrn asked about an adult magazine found in a drawer he laughed it off. Excepted more for the price that was paid for the room

Very clean, great shower, staff welcoming and great location.

Would have been nice to have a window in room (just ceiling velux)but we were not in room much so not essential and outdoor views spectacular

Spacious, luxurious room in a fantastic location.

It was a bit of draft due to the balcony door, that being said it was the middle of winter and the wind was howling.
