The house is perfectly located in distance to the shops and restaurants/pubs. Lovely property and excellent communication from the owners. The house itself has beautiful decor and you can tell the owner has really upgraded it and has style.
I would say there is abit of noise from the passing traffic in the front bedrooms as the windows seemed thin but the back bedroom was fine. Blackout blinds would be great but that is a personal preference,I like dark rooms for sleep.

Lovely 3 bed house in middle of Warrenpoint. Handy to all amenities. Lovely comfortable beds and stylish decor. Christine was very quick to answer if needed.

The Green House is a beautiful house, clean and cosy, the decor is gorgeous. It's set over three floors. The location is excellent for walking through Warrenpoint and driving distance to Newry, Rostrevor, Kilbroney etc. There is ample street parking outside the house. The linens were hotel quality, beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The smart TV has all the streaming services. The owners left a travel cot and highchair as requested. They were very quick to reply to messages and kindly facilitated an earlier check in, a real bonus when travelling with babies
The fan oven function didn't seem to work for us (though it could be us, as opposed to the oven, as the problem!)
The main bedroom doesn't have curtains and the Venetian blinds are not sufficient as the street lights are at the window level. It is very bright at night, even with the blinds closed and really would benefit from some curtains.

Beds were very comfortable. Central Location to Warenpoint.
Very few pots and pans for cooking dinner, ended up going out to eat. Shower was very tiny. No outlets in bathroom for hair dryer. Outdoor seating area is dirty and smells like gas. Laundry facilities were a nice feature, but lights were not operating.
