Good size property

Mold in the kitchen and airing cupboard which maid the property smell musty, the bathroom sink had toothpaste left in it.

Good Location and comfortable

private house and good location close to town centre and docks. the decoration was modern and tasteful in most room.

the house feels unfinished with some of the finer details missed such as dirt on the kitchen worktop, Cobwebs etc. the glass door on the bathroom is not a good idea and offers very little privacy.

Comfortable beds and convenient for Asda

Beds were comfortable and living area too.

Parking wasn’t explained before we arrived. Kitchen felt dirty and smelt damp. We didn’t cook and found food items from previous guests should have been removed. No tea towel to dry dishes. The bathroom needs a complete makeover as tiles were cracked on the floor. Door didn’t open and close easily. Shower was not fit for purpose as either too hot or too cold. No anti-slip mat for the bath and nowhere to put your toiletries whilst showering. Weather was good so had windows open and a few unsavoury characters were Went and bought new dishcloth as ones provided were not clean

Lack of kitchen utensils generally 2. outside toilet could have been decorated and made usuable 3. general state of decoration suggests it was finished in a hurry 3. inaccurate info about parking - no guest permit (free parking locally but made no mention of it) 4. bathroom: no cleaning materials/shower curtain insecure/water too hot and difficult to control 5. no bags for weekly recycling collection 6. no iron or ironing board

Exceptional

I loved the location because it was close to train station as well as big supermarkets like Asda and Tesco where we could easily get groceries. In addition, the house was spectacularly clean and tastefully furnished! The decor was extremely welcoming and the beds were heavenly to sleep in. The tv had a wide selection of categories like Netflix, YouTube, amongst others for entertainment purposes. All in all, it was truly a home a home experience but to the next level!!! If you’re thinking about taking this apartment for your trip to Pembrokeshire, think no further as you’ll strike gold with this! I’m addition, the hosts waited for our arrival and gave us a tour of the house explaining all the gadgets and house to use them. The hosts were extremely welcoming, friendly and informative. I would 100 percent recommend.

Pleasant

Host arrived within a couple of minutes. Easy too park. Needs a little TLC, but very clean and tidy. No coffee tea facilities. Kettle in the kitchen but would of been nice to of been able to make a brew on arrival. Instead I walked across the road to asda and bought what I needed.

Pembroke - Quality Self catering stay!! 🙏

Decor is fantastic, perfect for me personally. The house is well maintained, tidy, comfortable and fresh. It has a nice open feel to it and if you're on a self catering trip it's literally next door to the local Asda - which may put some off regarding location but was an absolute lifesaver for our self catering trip to Pembrokeshire. Having said that, it's not exactly a busy area and you do feel nicely tucked away and quite private still even with an Asda close by. I'm making a point of this because it's something i know can put people off on first impressions but it definitely shouldn't in this case, you still get plenty of privacy and it is a quiet area. It was quick and easy to collect the keys from the property owner, infact he was there waiting for us on arrival, he was very polite and genuinely a nice guy who didn't take too long showing us round, which is always good after a 6 hour drive and wanting to just crash for a bit. This is one of the best places I have stayed. I love the area, i love the house and we will definitely book this property again when we do return to Pembrokeshire. There was milk, tea bags and coffee already supplied along with all the little cleaning products you could need to maintain the property throughout your stay. Even shampoo and shower gels where left in the bathroom and both bedrooms fully stocked with Linen. The beds where comfortable and definitely not cheap - actually, no money seems to have been spared here and the owner has thought of their guests every step of the way. There are maybe 6 or 7 well known castles within a 20 miles radius of this location as well as Saint David's Cathedral. I highly rate this place and left feeling very happy. There was one tiny issue for our entire stay and that was an electrical fault with the Oven which I'm sure the owners will now be fixing now that they are aware of the problem.

There is nothing I can fault here, not even the actual fault with the oven really, I just believe honesty is a good policy for other people reading these reviews! We absolutely loved our stay!! Thank you very much!! 💚 🌿
