Отсутствие тараканов

Кто эти люди, которых единственное, что смущало в этой квартире это скрипучая кровать и легких флер канализации ( иногда). Люди вы до этого где жили? Квартира находится в районе каких то трущеб. Старая прокуренная не проветривающаяся и пахнущая канализацией халупа. Серое застиранное белье и полотенца. Шкафы забитые какими то тряпками. Треснувшая посуда, протекающая стиральная машина и забитый сифон раковины. Я могу перечислять до бесконечности все прелести этого жилья. Эту квартиру нельзя сдавать, а тем более снимать. Надеюсь мой отзыв будет кому то полезен и убережет.

Big apartment but too far from anything

It is a big apartment and the owner down stairs is lovely

We found the photos of the town centre mixed in with the photos of the apartment misleading. You can't walk to anything from this apartment, it is a 15-20 euro taxi trip to go anywhere or a 40 min walk to the town which is not possible in the heat. We ended up leaving after two nights because we were just too far from anything. The second room only has one bed, and a thin mattress on a wooden chest, not really appropriate for anyone to sleep on.

Comfortable and spacious apartment.

Clean, comfortable and spacious flat. Having the kitchen and the parking spot is very convenient. The host was very sympathetic and cordial.

The shower is a hand shower - there's no bracket to hold the shower head, which was fine for us but could be trouble for people that don't have that much mobility. It was also not clear on the pictures, so it was a bit of a surprise.

This apartment is not ready to be rented out.

Apartment has potential if owner invests. The house itself has a nice front yard

All beds are hard as rock, some of them with no proper mattresses Sheets are a mismatch with fitted sheets non existent Kitchen sinks are old, not properly cleaned Kitchen cabinets are beautiful but not clean and musty inside Kitchen counters are old too. We did not use the kitchen at all for this reason Bathroom is small with a tub/shower combination that is extremely outdated
