Die Lage war ruhig und ca. 500 Meter vom Supermarkt, Fußgängerzone, Läden und Strand entfernt. Ein Parkplatz an der Anlage ist vorhanden. Als Ausgangsort ist Marina di Campo für Wanderungen bestens geeignet.
Die Ausstattung ist veraltet und schon abgewohnt. Teilweise 3-Stecker für Steckdose (Adapter notwendig). In die Dusche möchte man am liebsten mit Badeschuhe und ist ebenfalls abgewohnt. Die sog. Kaffeemaschine (eine kleine Mokkakanne) war unappetitlich und die Pfannen waren eingebrannt und leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Der Kühlschrank ist teilweise verrostet. Ein Wasserkocher wäre schön gewesen. Leider waren auch keine Weintrinkgläser da, die wir dann, wie eine Pfanne, gekauft haben.
