Nos gustó la ubicación, el trato amable y el equipamiento muy completo del apartamento

En la terraza la mesa era muy incómoda y la limpieza regular.

Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire de l'appartement. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Sébastien, personne accréditée à nous recevoir ainsi qu'au départ . Plus agréable qu'un code avec des clés. L'équipement est très complet en bon état.Appartement spacieux,terrasse appréciée.. Consignes très claires. La situation de l'appartement fut très appréciée, : au calme, bel environnement, chant des oiseaux, tout près du centre de Collioure., accessible à pieds en 10mn à peine par de belles ruelles ombragées..

This is a very complete appartment in a quiet and peaceful old housing estate with easy 200m level access to the town. Very simply furnished, but it has everything you need including a very complete kitchen equipped with every concievable utensil you could wish for and importantly(!) enough lighting at the worktop and induction hob to see to cook. The double glazed french doors leading to a sizable balcony overlooking mature trees is a bonus. Shower is good and there is plenty of hot water. There is reversible hot/cold airconditioning in every room. You will need to be met by the host's representative as there is no way to get past the gate to the estate without the remote transponder key. Free parking in front of the house. I would happily return.

Note that the (somewhat small) double bed is a bit low (1 foot off the ground) and may cause problems for those with mobility problems, albeit the single beds are a more normal height. Lights in the living room are a bit dim. A lamp on a standard for reading or lighting up the dinner table would have been useful.
