The room was very big. Appreciate the available free coffee on the 1st floor.

The cleanliness is quite bad, found some hair and stains on the bedsheets and sofa... :( The beds (twin) very small and uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower is super bad...

The fact that I didnt need a key to go in or out, clean and spacious, close to the promenade, posobility of making coffee, complimentary water, close to an Irish pub that opens later than other places at night, which was nice after work.

Just the fact that I was given the codes just before my flight, but in saying that, the communication was quick so I wasn't too worried.

location was good, staff was excellent, hotel was modern

room had no partition so there was no privacy, if you have 5 people in a room you need some privacy to get changed other than wait for bathroom. the superior suite has a dinning table but no plates or a sink to wash you dishes. they also need to put a microwave and kettle in room

Great location, quiet and very close to the airport bus stop, beach, and walking distance to Las Canteras. The shower is great. Sun terrace is south facing so very hot and sunny.

The single beds would be improved with one larger bed. The air-conditioning had limited control meaning it was set in automatic mode only so sometimes too noisy when it came on at night. The WiFi was so bad I had to use my mobile phone hotspot to get on the internet. Breakfast was very limited to one cup of coffee, one glass of juice, and some basic toast and jams. No meats, cheeses, or eggs. Had to request water as unable to drink the water in the room. Nobody there on my final morning to serve breakfast (I waited from 8am to 8.30am) so missed out despite paying in advance!
