The location is great, the villa is lovely, very big, nice pool

The attention to detail was not there: one of the bedroom doors had a pane of glass missing meaning no privacy, one of the bathrooms had no cold water as there was a leak, meaning the toilet and shower could not be used, one of the air conditioning units did not work, the wifi kept dropping out, we could not use the safety deposit box as it needed resetting and this was not done for us, we could not lock the door to the games room in the basement, there was a lovely pool table but one of the cues had a tip missing and there was no chalk, so we didn't get to use it.

Inside was great, clean as you would expect so a great option for a group to stay.

The outside in general was very dirty - a good jet wash was well overdue. The pool area & garden was very tired, with loose tiles and the pool was also dirty from the previous guests (a used vape and other stuff on the bottom) and the filter system didn’t seem to work. The management company did send someone round to clean the pool after we complained but it meant we lost our first day as it wasn’t fit to use. The grass was bare and lots of tall weeds were growing so it looked very uninviting and un-tended. It’s clear that whoever owns the property does incredibly well renting it at circa €1000 per night but my advice to them would be invest some of the money back in to making what was clearly once fabulous space, great again!
