If you are looking for a house in a beautiful part of Vilamoura, just a short walk from the beach, shops and marina then look no further.
A huge property with Great Facilities and a premium location!
"IF Vilamoura" is a comfortable villa, with large common areas a big terrace with a nice barbecue and a quiet Mediterranean garden. "If Vilamoura" have 9 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, a nice salty water swimming pool, 2 private tennis courts and a 4 pitch and putt holes.
Very quiet space in a residential area, ideal for active people and families. The location is phenomenal.
We can provide:
- transfer from/to the airport;
- Heated Pool;
- car rental;
- bicycle rental;
- surf lessons;
- Yoga sessions;
- tennis lessons;
- private Chef;
- Cleaning service.

1st Floor:
- Nature Room (double bed), with bathroom opposite the room: sleeps 2
“Shell” room (double bed or 2 single beds), with bathroom inside the room: sleeps 2
- “Tennis” room (double bed or 2 single beds), with bathroom inside the room: sleeps 2
Main Floor:
- “Golf” room with private bathroom (double bed): sleeps 2
- “Nautic” room with private bathroom (double bed plus a room with a bunk bed): sleeps 4
- “Triathlon” room with private bathroom outside the room (double bed or 2 single beds + 1 bunk bed): sleeps 4
On this floor, you will also find a fully equipped kitchen, including oven and stove (electric), 2 fridges, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, coffee machine and TV, Barbecue and ample outdoor space, namely: swimming pool, ping-pong table pong, tennis courts, pitch and putt, swing, trampoline and parking.
Downstairs:
- “Polo” room (double bed): sleeps 2
- “Surf“ room (3 bunk beds): sleeps 6
- “Sailing” room (double bed + 1 bunk bed): sleeps 4
> Entertainment:
Mix Room (various games, Playstation and Cinema).
Just a 15 minute walk or a short road train ride to the famous Vilamoura Marina, with its fabulous bars and restaurants. Many sports and leisure facilities await you. Stunning blue flag beaches, water parks, golf courses, tennis, mini golf... there's always plenty to do!
Also within walking distance of an ancient local village where you will find restaurants and bars, along with a local market.
The house is managed by me, Fábio, and my wife Ivone. It is with us that you will always talk about something related to the house or some of the extra services we have at your disposal.
Faro Airport: 25 minutes by car
Train station: 10 minutes by car
Bus station: 10 minutes on foot
For more than 16 people, an extra charge per person/night is required.
A breaking deposit is required.

We had 13 in our golf party and everyone wants to come back to the same villa next year which is testament in itself. For the last 14 years we have always gone somewhere different for our golf.
The villa has ample space with great facilities for your evening entertainment.
Pinhal is walking distance & The Old Course a 10 minute transfer.
Fully recommend for a party of golfers.

What a brilliant property! Fabio was super helpful in communicating from start to finish and we all loved our time at the villa. I’ve never stayed at a better equipped villa. From the facilities available to the cleanliness and standard of the rooms through to the location to the marina and golf I couldn’t fault a thing. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks again Fabio!

The whole process was incredible start to finish. Check in was quick and easy, the host was really good at communicating and very fast to reply before and during our stay. The house was beautiful, we were blown away. So much to do and a gorgeous walk or cycle to the beach. Cant recommend highly enough.

We recently had the pleasure of spending our vacation in this magnificent 9-bedroom, 8-bathroom house in Vilamoura, Portugal. Our large party, consisting of three families totaling 13 people, was comfortably accommodated, with each family able to enjoy their own space. Fabio was a welcoming host and was always available within minutes for any questions we had.
The house itself exudes a tasteful blend of local charm and modern convenience. Each room was meticulously clean and comfortably furnished. The grand living spaces and bedrooms offered comfort and allowed us to casually hangout together as a family.
The amenities provided turned our stay into a resort-like experience. The house boasted a well-maintained swimming pool, which was an instant hit with our group. The tennis courts were in excellent condition and provided a great way to burn off some of the indulgences of our holiday.
Vilamoura itself is a paradise, with its beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, and the warm, welcoming nature of the locals. The location of the house provided easy access to all the attractions.
Overall, our stay was a seamless blend of relaxation, fun, and luxury. This house in Vilamoura exceeded all our expectations and made our vacation a truly unforgettable experience. For any large groups or families seeking a high-end holiday home with a personal touch in the heart of Portugal's beautiful Algarve region, we can't recommend this place highly enough.
