Bem compacto mas atendeu bem. A localização é excelente
A varanda apresenta vários furos aí quando chove a água molha até a entrada do apartamento devido as goteiras, a escada de acesso ao superior está precisando de uns reparos e no mais atendeu bem.

Lugar muito limpo, organizado, adorei o espaço, bem localizado fica próximo à praia e alguns pontos turísticos, tem supermercado próximo. Nossa eu amei esse lugar, com certeza quando voltar a BC em outra oportunidade irei tentar ficar nesse mesmo local. Local 1000/10, que espaço aconchegante.
Tinha cocô de cachorro na varanda, me incomodou um pouco o odor.
