Large apartment (60 m2.) 01 bedroom, on the block of the sea, with separate parts. Very well furnished and decorated with custom made furniture. Room with 02 environments: Dining Room w / table and 04 chairs and Living Room w / double sofa bed, 02 ornamental chairs and 01 Santa's armchair, rack with TV, Stereo and DVD. Both the living room and bedroom have ceiling fans, TVs and blackout curtains. Ideal for couples, but can accommodate up to 04 people (family) including children. ATTENTION: With children, inform the age.
HOUSE RULES: 1st) We do not rent to groups of boys and / or girls. 2) No Smoking (Non-Smoking) 3) Pets (dogs, only 01), are allowed for a fee and only if they are small, adults (not puppies) and are accustomed to doing the needs outside . 4ª) The fit is not suitable for children under 07 years, because it is located on a high floor and has no screen protection on the windows. 5th) Has 01 (one) PRIVATE parking space in the garage of the building, for medium size cars (Sedan). Does not fit vans. 6th) After the Online Booking must be deposited directly to the owner a Security Fee, refundable on inspection of the departure of the apt (end of the Contract), if there is no damage or loss in the apt and fines in the Condominium. Please request the amount by contacting the owner. 7th) Arrival time is from 14h and departure until 8h, may change (at the request of the guest), if possible. 8) Before requesting reservation, send message to the owner to clarify any doubts and confirm values.

All 02 rooms are very well maintained, clean and organized, aiming at the comfort and well-being of the tenants.

Adoramos nossa estadia. Pela terceira vez ficamos neste apartamento. Lugar aconchegante, a Neusa como sempre muito querida e atenciosa. Nesta vez fomos em tres, eu - meu marido e nossa pequena de 2 anos. As ferias foi como imaginavamos....maravilhosa e nossa pequena amou.
Pessoal da portaria muito atencioso e queridos.
Próximas ferias com certeza iremos novamente.
Como digo a Neusa...este apartamento é como nossa casa, pois é assim que nos sentimos desde a primeira vez.
Obrigada por tudo Neusa.

Pasamos unas vacaciones maravillosas !, el departamento esta ubicado a pasos de la playa y de la av brasil, cerca de supermercados , bares y tiendas, no nos falto NADA ! , realmente recomendable al 100% ! , cuanta con todas las comodidades , es fresco y amplio ! ideal para pareja con 1 o 2 niños pequeños .
Agradecida con nuestra anfitriona NEUSA que desde el primer contacto solo demostró su calidez y amabilidad .
No duden en elegir el lugar !
TIP: si van al supermercado mejor caminar un poquito mas hasta el angeloni , mucho mas grande que el dubom y con mejor precio !

Apartamento excelente, que me deu uma sensação muito boa: ESTAR EM CASA. O imóvel é perto de tudo, numa região muito agradável. Balneário é uma cidade linda, com muitas opções de passeios e compras, não vejo a hora de voltar e levar outras pessoas da minha família.
A Sra Neusa é uma pessoa muito prestativa, assim, deixo meus agradecimentos a proprietária (Sra Neusa), por tanto carinho e atenção. Foram dias maravilhosos!!!!
