Fit bright, airy, spacious and pleasant, with large balcony (suite and living room), barbecue, private garage and Wifi Internet. Up to 05 people (in rooms), including children.
ATTENTION: Inform the ages of the children, if any.
HOUSE RULES: 1st) We do not rent to groups of boys and / or girls. FOR FAMILY ONLY. 2nd) Suitable for Non-smokers. 3rd) Pets (dogs, only 01) are allowed for a fee and ONLY if they are small, adults (not puppies) who are accustomed to doing the needs outside. 4ª) Families with children ONLY from 07 years old, because the apt is located on the top floor (last) and for not having screen protection in the windows and balconies, it is not suitable for younger children. 5th) After the Online Booking must be deposited directly to the owner a Security Fee, refundable on inspection of the departure of the apt (end of the Rental Agreement), if there is no damage or loss in the apt and fines in the Condominium. Please request value when sending message to owner. 6th) The arrival time is from 16h and departure until 9h, and may change (at the request of the guest), if possible. 7th) Before requesting reservation, send message to the owner to clarify any doubts and confirm values.

Penso que a maior preocupação de todos que fazem reserva de um apartamento é encontrá-lo conforme imaginou. Esse superou as expectativas, tudo funcionou perfeitamente, nenhum detalhe foi esquecido. Localização, prédio e apartamento excelentes. recomendo sem medo de errar.

Excelente apartamento, perto de tudo. Muito amplo e com todo o mobiliário e utensílios necessários. O apartamento é bem espaçoso e o prédio muito tranquilo. Por ser perto de tudo, facilta tanto para ir para a praia, como para curtir, passear no comércio local. Agradeço a Dona Neusa pelo tratamento, sempre prestativa e se colocando a disposição. Já aluguei o outro imóvel dela, e ambos são excelentes. A cidade é maravilhosa como um todo, dá sempre vontade de voltar....

Excelente apto, próximo de tudo, mt bem cuidado pela proprietária Dona Neusa, que nos recebeu com todo carinho e forneceu as informações necessárias para nossa estadia. É apto para morar, limpo, ventilado, claro, o prédio é mt bom, enfim eu e minha família recomendaremos aos nossos amigos e voltaremos com toda certeza.
Dona Neusa obrigada por tudo, um grande abraco.

Apartamento aconchegante e de ótima localização. Fica perto de tudo. É no centro de BC e fica perto da praia também. Fomos bem recepcionados pela Neusa. Apto indicado para família, tem restrições quanto a ruídos e alguns cuidados, nada fora do normal para um condomínio. Ficamos 5 dias maravilhosos em BC. A cidade é linda, limpa e agitada, do jeito que gostamos! Voltarei em próximas oportunidades! Obrigada Neusa! Abraços
